Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and your happiness is our top priority. Each bundle has been checked by our quality control department to ensure its quality before being sent to you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s) please contact our customer care team immediately at amwanofficial@outlook.com

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened and unused products  Within the first 7 days after you receive your package please email customer care and one of our customer service representatives will assist with the issue. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns without Authorization are not allowed.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. And $20 will be charged for shipping fees (we pay when ship to you). 

We understand that choosing the best product for you may be difficult without seeing the product face to face, so we are happy to offer a 1 time exchange of your unopened and unused product within 7 days of receipt. Pls note you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

All order information can be freely changed within 12 hours once placing the order. However, if your order is already processing or has been shipped, we will NOT be able to cancel or modify any orders.
